Description
Fitted to BMW vehicles built between 2010 to 2021, this engine ECU commonly suffers from internal component failure causing vehicle misfires. If the vehicle is scanned with diagnostics, fault codes relating to cylinder misfires may be present (for example, 29CF – misfire detection cylinder 1, 29D1 – misfire detection cylinder 3).
