At ECU Fix, we stand by the quality of our repair work. That’s why we offer a lifetime warranty on all eligible mechatronic and ECU repairs. Our warranty reflects the confidence we have in our testing, restoration process, and parts — giving you added peace of mind.

What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers

Our lifetime warranty applies exclusively to the repair work we perform. This means if the same fault returns on the same repaired component, we will fix it again at no additional cost. The warranty covers:

  • The specific fault we repaired
  • The workmanship involved in the repair
  • The replacement parts we used (if any)

We carefully log each repair and identify the fault before and after testing to ensure full transparency and traceability.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

To keep things clear and fair, our lifetime warranty includes the following terms and conditions:

  • Coverage applies only to the original vehicle owner at the time of repair. The warranty is non-transferable if the vehicle is sold or changes ownership.
  • The warranty is limited to the original fault we diagnosed and repaired. It does not cover new, unrelated faults or issues that arise in other components.
  • The unit must be fitted correctly and not tampered with after repair. Damage caused by incorrect installation, third-party interference, or neglect may void the warranty.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

While we aim to support our customers fully, some circumstances fall outside of our warranty policy. These include:

  • Water damage after the repair
  • Physical damage or impact
  • Contamination (e.g., oil, dirt, or fluid intrusion)
  • Electrical surges or faults unrelated to our repair
  • Any new mechanical or software issues not present at the time of the original repair

Keeping Your Warranty Valid

To maintain your coverage:

  • Keep a record of the invoice
  • Ensure the unit is installed by a qualified technician
  • Contact us as soon as you notice symptoms of a repeat fault

If a previously repaired issue returns, we’ll inspect and test the unit at no charge. If the same problem is confirmed, we’ll fix it free of charge — for life.
